Pendragon House has come into the Phantom World in the 12th Phantoms lifetime when he married Lord Charles Trelawney. The house is located in the Phantoms world in Portcullen, Cornwall, England. That location does not exist but Porthcurno does which is on the beach near ragged cliffs as shown in the stories.

After the 12th Phantoms wife (Marion Trelawney Walker) passed, the families drifted apart. The 19th Phantom brought the estate in an auction and established the estate as a school for the death.

The building is a U shape house and at least two stories high. It has at least one secret passage to the cliffs and was used for various dubious methods.
