Pierre Rachamond was perhaps the 19th Phantoms greatest villain. He matched the Phantom physically, mentally and was ruthless which included making the Phantom choose between rescuing a lady who was in danger or capturing him.

He had various battles with the 19th Phantom and ended up killing him in Bangalla. The 21st Phantom brought the downfall of his families criminal organisation which also saw his death.
