Colonel Wild was the last person to know the Unknown Phantoms identity. He was a major when the 14th was killed by Chandra Sykharn and then promoted to Colonel after the new Jungle Patrol was rebuilt from being burnt down.

The Colonel is super loyal, he knew the secret of the tunnel, had a good idea on the identity of the Unknown Commander but he followed orders right to the end.

His son served but passed away in the 16th Phantoms lifetime and he died shortly after by a heart attack.
