Chandra Sykharn was a prince in the Misty Mountains who was unpopular with his subjects. The leader of the Singh Brotherhood Kulai Singh recruited him as a Singh member for the sole purpose to infiltrate the Jungle Patrol. He succeeded and sowed much discord which led to the 14th Phantoms death and the burning down of the Patrol. It almost was the end of the Patrol.

After the Jungle Patrol was rebuilt and the 15th Phantom took over the legacy he was almost killed by Kulai and then given a second chance. That failed and he was branded. No record if he died by Kulai or lived afterwards.
