Ashar Singh is a brute of a man who is cunning, devious and deadly.

He fought against the 10th and 11th Phantoms. He fought the 10th and mortally injured him which meant the 10th lost his arm and had to retire from the role of the Phantom. Months later he killed the 10th Phantom in another dual but died at the same time.

He also lost his son around the same time. This made him even more dangerous.
