Jeff uses more lines on the Phantom's face and body than a Barry or Felmang especially with his checks and mouth. He still draws the Phantom with a large chin but not as large as Sy Barry's Phantom. One of the few artists who draws facial expressions with his Phantom.

The Phantom is not overall too muscly. Highly detailed backgrounds.
