Donald L. "Don" Newton (1934–1984) was one of the creators behind the Charlton Comics production.

Closest to resemble Ray Moore with the dark, broodier style of the Phantom but uses more detailed backgrounds.


Mask smaller. Showed a lot of emotion with his Phantom. Beautiful women and powerful men.
